Join us on a truly unique adventure...the joyful journey of self! We have spend countless hours handcrafting our workshops to awaken the imagination of our students while carefully cultivating the tools of mindfulness, movement and creativity. It only takes one workshop to recognize the palpable peace and joy within your child! Both certified KAY (kidding around yoga) teachers, we have been deeply trained in the art of teaching children the true fundamentals of yoga, while maintaining a playful and engaging environment. Cassidy and Christina continuously deepen their practice and are each currently Yoga Alliance 200YTT. Paul is also on the Path to his Yoga Teacher Training.

CHRISTINA Mom of 1 lovable little girl, lover of laughter and a good smile, entrepreneur since she was 18, INFJ, maker of all things, and student of life. She has been on a spiritual journey her whole life and practicing yoga for over 10 years. Her mom is an avid traveler and instilled in her a love of travel...so naturally she is a flight attendant! She was born in San Diego, lived in Seattle, Denver, Toronto and moved to La Quinta in 2012.

Peek in on our workshops and you will instantly see how mcuh we love being silly! Few experiences bring us such joy as witnessing our Little Yogis actually mediate, and willingly lay still for extended periods of time. It's becoming our favorite thing to open our inbox and receive pictures of our students 'caught meditating' by mom or dad, and parents sharing personal anecdotes of their children calming themselves by practicing our 'Peace Begins With Me' meditations. If you're ready for your sweet little ones to experience some BLISS with us, we look forwad to having you! Sign up on our list and be the first to know about our next pop-up event!
